What do you want to know ?
Stock voltage ?
Overclocking voltage ?
or safe 24h/7 daily voltage ?

3.5 Ghz for the Q9550 is 8.5x 412MHz, I am sure that your board can do 412 MHz with stock voltage
For the cpu, I think the voltage will be between 1.24v and 1.3v
First try 1.3v under OCCT 1H, if there is some errors or crash then raise a bit the northbridge/fsb voltage
if 1.3v is fine then lower it till you have a crash or errors under OCCT 1H
Keep an eye on the memory also, choose something like 1:1 divider aka 412 MHz (DDR800) for the memory with CAS 5-5-5-15 to not be limited by the memory when testing the CPU.
After that the CPU + Northbridge/FSSB are stable then you can overclock your memory ;)

I checked your picture,
Set this and let me know:
CPU Voltage: 1.3
CPU GTL: Auto
CPU GTL: Auto
CPU PLL Voltage: 1.5v or 1.55v
FSB Termination: Set it to the lowest possible, anyway 1.3v is fine
DRAM Voltage: 2.2v
NB Voltage: set it to the lowest possible, 1.3-1.4v is fine
NB GTL Voltage: Auto
SB Voltage: 1.1v
PCIe Sata Voltage: 1.5v
It's useless to raise voltage if it's stable with the stock voltage ;)

yes chris, with 6400 ram is 412mhz the limit... fsb oc is ok on my ststem i was just lookin for stabile volt data for compleeting my oc....

Ok, then try to lower the CPU voltage because 1.38v is a bit high for a daily use system.
I am sure you can run it fine with 1.3v, even less
