hab kurz gegoogelt, air2mp3 sollte nicht schlecht sein, hab mal irgendwo ein bericht darüber gelesen...

Noch ein kleiner Tipp nebenbei. Wenn du etwas aufnehmen solltest, empfehle ich dir erst die Windowssounds zu deaktivieren, denn sonst hast du diese mit auf deinem Soundfile.
