Auf der Global Semiconductor Alliance Emerging Opportunities Expo & Conference in Santa Clara, Kalifornien, wird Globalfoundries neueste Informationen zu seiner Technologie-Roadmap für die 32nm/28nm-Generationen vorstellen und sein innovatives “Gate First”-Konzept präsentieren, mit dem Transistoren auf Basis der High-K Metal Gate (HKMG)-Technologie erzeugt werden.
