Was seit geraumer Zeit vermutet wurde, bestätigte Intel Direktor Bill Kircos in einem offiziellen Intel-Blog: Larrabee als Grafikkarte ist Geschichte. Intels Manycore Architektur, die auch uns letztes Jahr in Braunschweig präsentiert wurde, wird nicht als Grafikkarte erscheinen, geschweige denn wird es jemals eine DirectX Anbindung geben.
