600Ohm - 1.29V
500Ohm - 1.51V
484Ohm - 1.56V


VMEM
720Ohm - 1.865V
675Ohm - 2.050V
640Ohm - 2.110V

This is a linear regulator, that's why there are now inductors. But there will be always a MOSFET. If you know that this one has vMEM as output you search for ICs nearby.
