Can't disable tessellation for HD7970

hey guys
i got a strange problem with HD7970 and CCC, i disable tessellation in CCC (unckeck amd optimized, set off apply ) run UXH and tessellation seems on, check in top of the UHX, press ESC unckeck tessellation enable there and boom frames gains +10/15%, close benchmark re-run it but always same min frame 18 to 21FPS and max 217FPS, benchmark finish at 29XXXX frames and the score is damn low for 1335/1920 MHz, tried lower mem tried lower core but always same or lower score....

any other tools to disabling this damn tessellation thing? :kopfantisch:
