Review: ASUS Maximus V Formula

Neben dem Maximus V Extreme hat ASUS noch eine weitere Hauptplatine aus der ROG (Republic of Gamers) Serie im Angebot. Dabei handelt es sich um das mit etwas weniger Features ausgestattete Maximus V Formula, das dementsprechend auch günstiger zu haben ist. Kann diese Platine letztlich aber mit dem grösseren Bruder auch Schritt halten oder steht es schliesslich im Schatten des Extreme-Monsters?

In der persönlichen Meinung habe ich geschrieben, dass ich das Board eigentlich ok finde, aber die Performance ist einfach nicht auf dem Level auf dem sie sein sollte. Ich hoffe wirklich sehr, dass möglichst bald ein BIOS Update kommt, das sich diesem Problem annimmt.
