ASUS Crosshair V Formula-Z Review

Mit Crosshair V Formula-Z hat ASUS sein Portfolio für High-End-AMD-Hauptplatinen um ein neues Flaggschiffmodell erweitert. Die Platine setzt auf AMDs 990FX Chipsatz mit SB950 Southbridge. Somit sollte man nicht nur das Maximum aus seiner AMD CPU heraus holen könnte, man kann auch zahlreich Peripherie anschliessen. Praktisch ist in diesem Zusammenhang beispielsweise, dass bereits über die SB950 Southbridge sechs SATA-III-Anschlüsse bereit gestellt werden.
