Re: Tecware Alpha - Project "Fusebox" #11

Hi there and thank you For cutting acrylic I used a scoring knife for long straight cuts and a Dremel Motosaw (it's like a portable scroll saw) for those cuts that requires curves and things alike. Starting a project for me has always been coming up with a theme and it takes a lot of time because I do not use sketch up or any design software meaning I just stare at the case for hours imagining what I would do it. I hope that you figure out what you want to do with with your Tecware Alpha and if you do don't be afraid to start just take the leap and see where it takes you Goodluck with your project and don't forget to show it to the community.

Re: Tecware Alpha - Project "Fusebox" #12
A sort of update, we are kinda' way past this stage but I have nothing to do as of the moment regarding this mod because I have finished about 95% of the work. So while waiting for the other essential PC parts to arrive I checked the videos that I took while working on this project and found that I did make a quick unboxing so here it is sorry about the quality as I am still learning how to do this

Re: Tecware Alpha - Project "Fusebox" #13
Thank you ilovepancit for that very helpful information. Just wanna share, well when I was planning on what to do to my tecware alpha the rivets on the top part of the case is not removable. How did you remove the rivets in your tecware alpha? and how did you put it back? And do you know where I could buy that scoring knife? I'm very sorry for asking many questions, newbie here

I did not have any issues removing all the riveted parts of the case, can you tell how you are removing them? Scoring Knives are all over Ace Hardware and Handy Man

Update time just a few though and there is one week left before deadline...

This is the front I/O ports, it is normally lays flat on top of the case.

But wait I want to give it a little old school sci-fi , robotic roughed up machine effect

Sprayed it with Medium Grey, the orange parts between the gaps are still visible so I need to use a small brush for that.

Of course weather it

And those are all for now, the next update will be massive
