In this thread, you will find all Z87 motherboards in form factor ATX and EATX. Haswell isn't out, so at this moment is only a preview.

For the CPU Power Design you have:
Voltage regulator IC: IR3567B (6+2 phases controller but only 5+2 are used on this board)
5 phases go to vCore via 10 IR3550M MOSFETs, they are doubled (10 phases) by five IR3599
2 phases go to vCCSA via two IR3553M MOSFETs
