During the ROG OC Showdown Z97 Competition on HWBOT, John Lam from HK realized a new world record on CPU-Z frequency benchmark. The clocker pushed his Core i7-4770K up to 7193.81MHz (+105.54%) on his silvered Maximus VII Gene. In order to reach this goal, Lam used liquid nitrogen.
