Nvidia rolls out the Geforce 344.16 Beta driver

No details regarding improvements or bug fixes

Just a few days after releasing the official Geforce 344.11 WHQL driver, which brought support for the new Geforce GTX 900 series graphics cards as well some performance improvements for new game titles, Nvidia has also rolled out the Geforce 344.16 Beta driver as well.

Aimed to be used only with the Geforce GTX 900 series graphics cards as, according to the release highlights, the GTX 980 and the GTX 970 are the only supported products, the new Geforce 344.16 beta driver most likely fixes some driver issues with those graphics cards. Since we are missing the full release notes for the Geforce 344.16 Beta, we will hold on for more details.

As it was the case with the Geforce 344.11 WHQL driver, the new Geforce 344.16 Beta driver is also a Game Ready BETA Driver for Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel, The Evil Within, F1 2014, and Alien: Isolation game titles.

As always, the new Geforce 344.16 Beta driver is available on Nvidia's driver site and supports Windows Vista, Windows 7 and Windows 8/8.1 OS in both its 32-bit and 64-bit versions.
