Thermaltake announces TR2 Bronze Series PSUs

Coming in 450, 500 and 600W versions

Thermaltake has introduced its newest TR2 Bronze Series power supply units that will be available in 450, 500 and 600W versions and feature high-quality components that will allow non-stop usage with stable and reliable performance.


The entire Thermaltake TR2 Bronze Series comes with 80PLUS Bronze certification, which translates to 82 to 88 percent efficiency at 20 to 100 percent load, comply with the latest ATX 12V 2.3 standard and features a single +12V rail design as well as an Active PFC. The entire TR2 Bronze Series also uses high-quality Japanese main capacitor and feature longer cables which allow enthusiasts and power users to achieve best possible cable management.

The precise dimensions of the TR2 Bronze PSU series is set at 86x150x140mm and all three models are cooled by single bottom placed 120mm fan spinning at 1500RPM.

As noted, the Thermaltake TR2 Bronze PSU series will be available in 450W, 500W and 600W versions, has an MTBF of minimum 100,000 hours. Unfortunately, Thermaltake did not reveal any details regarding availability or the actual price of any models from the new TR2 Bronze PSU series.
