ASUS has announced two products that will be a new addition to its Republic of Gamers (ROG) lineup, the ROG Sica gaming mouse and the Whetstone gaming mousepad.

Based on a compact, ambidextrous design and ROG iron-gray and red color scheme, the ROG Sica is a wired optical gaming mouse with 5000 DPI sensor and ROG logo light effects. It comes with ASUS ROG Armoury software which lets you customize button functions, performance settings as well as those ROG logo light effects. Since it is mostly aimed at MOBA gamers, the ROG Sica comes with standard two-button and single clickable scroll-wheel setup with Omron switches.

The precise dimensions of the ROG Sica are set at 115 x 62 x 39mm and it weighs 117g. It has a tracking speed of 130 inches per second and 1000Hz polling rate.

In addition to the ROG Sica gaming mouse, ASUS also unveiled the new 2mm thick ROG Whetstone gaming mouse pad wiht Mayan-inspired textured fabric surface and non-slip silicone base. According to ASUS, it uses 8-stage bonding and heat-sealing techniques to ensure durability. The ROG Whetstone has 320 x 270 x 2mm dimensions and weighs 208g.

Unfortunately, ASUS did not unveil any details regarding the price or the actual availability date for the ROG Sica and ROG Whetstone.
