EKWB releases new compact Coolstream SE radiator

120mm CoolStream SE radiator for EK-Vardar 120mm fans

EK Water Blocks, a well known liquid cooling specialists from Slovenia, have announced its newest liquid cooling radiator, the EK-Coolstream SE.

Based on a compact, but high-performance design, the EK-Coolstream SE combines EK's CSQ design with latest radiator core engine design. Built to be used with EKWB's EK-Vardar 120mm high static pressure fans, the new EK-Coolstream SE radiator is optimized for maximum heat dissipation across an entire fan operational range, thus delivering exceptional performance at both low- and high airflow operation, according to EK Water Blocks.

Designed to be mostly used in smaller PC cases, the EK-Coolstream SE has 160 x 120 x 26mm dimensions and promises to offer best cooling capacity in the 25mm thick 120mm radiator class. It features a single stack copper fins with parallel flow cooling chambers which should reduce hydraulic flow resistance and can be used in a push-pull fan configuration as well.

"This radiator was specifically designed to be utilized in computer chassis where space constrains limit the use of other types of radiators", said Niko Tivadar, EK's Chief of R&D. "Such design also allows for building of the high performance 3U form factor liquid cooled HPC and workstation computers".

The EK-Coolstream SE comes with two recessed G1/4 threaded ports and two pre-installed extenders on the fron side.

In addition to the EK-CoolStream SE 120 (Slim Single) radiator, EKWB also offers 240mm, 360 and 480mm versions of the same EK-CoolStream SE radiator. The price of the EK-CoolStream SE 120 is set at €39,95, while the 240, 360 and 480mm versions sell for €54,95, €65,95 and €79,95, respectively.

The entire lineup should be already available at the EK Webshop and via EKWB's Partner Reseller Network.
