AMD releases updated Catalyst 15.9.1 Beta drivers

Fixes memory leak issue

AMD has released an update to its Catalyst 15.9 Beta drivers that should fix the recently spotted memory leak issue, the Catalyst 15.9.1 Beta.

In case you missed it earlier, AMD Catalyst 15.9 Beta drivers came with optimizations for the upcoming Star Wars Battlefront Beta, Fable Legends DirectX 12 benchmark and plenty of bug fixes and improvements.

Unfortunately, some users have been reporting a memory leak issue with new drivers that, according to AMD's update, caused all video memory to be used when an active browser windows are resized. AMD soon released a quick update that users should not install Catalyst 15.9 Beta drivers or roll back to old drivers.

Thankfully, AMD has now released the new Catalyst 15.9.1 Beta drivers that should be free of any issues and it is definitely good to hear that they managed to update it before Star Wars Battlefront Beta starts, scheduled for October 8th.

As always, the new Catalyst 15.9.1 Beta drivers can be found via link below and are available for Windows 10, Windows 8.1 and Windows 7 in both 32-bit and 64-bit flavors.
