EKWB announces Palit/Gainward GTX 1080/1070 blocks

For multiple versions

EK Water Blocks has unveiled its latest range of GTX 1080 and GTX 1070 water blocks that are compatible with multiple versions of these graphics cards coming from Palit and Gainward, the EK-FC1080 GTX Jet Stream.

Based on the full-cover water block design, the EK-FC1080 GTX Jet Stream water block covers both the GPU and RAM as well as the VRM part of the graphics card. The base of the block is made of nickel-plated electrolytic copper while the top uses POM Acetal or acrylic top, depending on the version. The acrylic top also features two slots for 3mm LEDs.

The block also uses EKWB's unique central inlet split-flow cooling engine design which not only provides the best cooling performance but also works with both reversed water flow and systems with weaker pumps.

The full list of compatible graphics cards from Palit and Gainward includes over 15 different models, including the flagship Palit GTX 1080 Super Jetstream and Gainward GTX 1080 Phoenix GLH graphics card.

As always, the new EK-FC1080 GTX Jet Stream water block has been added to the EKWB Configurator for easier compatibility check and should be available soon with a price set at €122.95 for both Nickel and Acetal+Nickel version while the optional backplate will be available for €29.95 for the black and €37.95 for the nickel version.
