Thermaltake unveils Pacific V-GTX 10 water block

ASUS ROG Strix GTX 1080/1070 graphics cards

Thermaltake has teamed up with ASUS and has unveiled its newest Pacific V-GTX 10 Series transparent water block designed exclusively for ASUS' ROG Strix Geforce GTX 1080 and GTX 1070 Gaming graphics cards.

Featuring a CNC machined copper base with aluminum alloy backplate and the new 0.5mm internal fin construction for a high-flow design, the new Pacific V-GTX 10 Series water block should keep both the ASUS ROG Strix GTX 1080 and ASUS ROG Strix GTX 1070 graphics cards well cooled.

The Thermaltake Pacific V-GTX 10 Series water block is a full-cover water block, which means it cools both the GPU, memory and the VRM part of the graphics card. As noted, it also comes with a 4mm-thick aluminum backplate, which should prevent twisting of the PCB as well as uses standard G1/4 fittings.

Unfortunately, Thermaltake did not reveal any details regarding the price or the availability date of the new Pacific V-GTX 10 Series water block but we are sure we will see it in retail/e-tail soon.
