AMD FX-8570 and HD 8970 surfaced

03.05.2013: Just yesterday we found some impressive overclocking results regarding Intels upcoming Haswell processors. After that we started digging a bit deeper and what we found is staggering. It looks like there is first proof for an upcoming AMD FX-8570 CPU as well as an upcoming Radeon HD 8970 graphics card.

Honestly we really don't know who is actually validating results of components, that have not yet been released. Never the less it's nice for us to find proof for unreleased products. If you take a closer look at the CPU-Z validation screenshot under CPU PSN, there it says, that an AMD FX-8570 Eight-Core Processor has been in that system. We're not sure yet, but it maybe that the 4'300 MHz this CPU has been validated at, display the actual frequency of this CPU. Time will tell if we're right with this or not.

The second thing which is really amazing about this screenshot is the VGA, which must have been in that system. If you check GPU type you can read Radeon HD 8970. In this case, AMD must have working samples of their upcoming GPU generation. Unfortunately there is no more information available on this card at this time. But we're definitely keeping you guys posted on updates.
