Conclusion

General   + -
The Nanoxia Deep Silence 3 is an ATX-tower case which is very well done and definitely convincing regarding the soundproofing. The quality of materials is on very good level, including the plastic parts. The design is very elegant and it features a number of I/O connections that are easily accessible on the front of the case. Despite the fact that this is a model designed for silence and quiet systems, there is enough space even for powerful systems with watercooling setup. Last but not the least, the bundle of the DS3 is very rich and there are interesting accessories such as an extension power cable for the CPU, an adapter from 5.25" to 3.5" and plenty of zip-ties.   - Included fans - Available in black / anthracite - Bundle

Manufacturing quality / Ergonomics   + -
Overall the build quality is on a good level. Nanoxia did not make the mistake to go for super thin side panels in order to save weight. They used solid metal sheets and paired it up with noise isolation material which gives it good stability and reasonable stiffness. Furthermore, it has been easy to install hardware in the case. We also liked that there were several holes in the motherboard tray to route cables to the backside of the board. However, the DS3 is not flawless. Therefore we would like it to be easiert to access/remove the front fans.   - Build quality - Dust filters - Fan controller - Front panel

Design   + -
Nanoxia created a very decent and good looking design for the Deep Silence 3. They chose to move the buttons and connectors away from the front panel and to the top of the case. The case is well ventilated and we certainly can appreciate the double spot on top and on front for 120/140mm fans, since it means that is possible use watercooling setups. The Deep Silence 3 uses tool-less elements for the 5.25" and 3.5" devices, two choices which are decidedly well-aimed.   - Tool-less - Noise insulation - Airflow - Watercooling options

Recommendation   + -
If you are looking for a quiet mid tower case that can accommodate high-end components, then Deep Silence 3 is definitely for you. The build quality is very good and the amount of features is high. At the moment on Geizhals, the price of Nanoxia Deep Silence 3 is about 65 euro excluding shipping costs.   - Price - Gaming-PC
- Silent-PC
- Deskop-PC
