Raijintek once again managed to create a compact case, which is compatible with high-end hardware. The Styx features basically the same design like the smaller Metis and in our opinion this is a great and stylish looking case. The Styx is made from thick, black, anodized aluminum panels and apart from that there is high quality SPCC steel being used. Due to the fact that the side panels are made from aluminum they're light. Apart from that there are no sharp edges and the build quality is generally on a very high level. Installing your hardware is basically simple, but you need to keep in mind that the there is generally not too much space. But since all side panels can be taken off all areas of the case are easily accessible. We particularly enjoyed the internal layout regarding the CPU cooler or the PSU since it is not necessary to use a low profile air cooler.

The design is clean and simple, and the lines of the Styx are timeless. Also the internal layout has been done in a well-thought way. In our opinion only the cable management is not perfect.

If you are looking for a compact, elegant and high-quality mATX PC case, then the Raijintek Styx is definitely a good choice. The Raijintek Styx allows you to build a powerful HTPC system and there is even space for a powerful dedicated graphics card. Currently, on Caseking, the price of the Raijintek Styx is at around 90 euro without shipping cost. This case is no bargain but keeping in mind that it's a premium mATX enclosure the price is on a reasonable level. The Raijintek Styx receives 4 stars out of 5.
