Front

Overview

The front of the Deep Silence 3 is simple and elegant. The front door, covered with an acoustic insulation mat, contributes to reduction of unwanted noise. This case has been solely designed to be silent, in fact, the manufacturer included sound-absorbing material on both side panels as well as the top of the case. The front side offers space for two 120/140 millimeter fans for the HDDs and the rest of the components inside the case. If you are going to change the front fans, you have to remove the entire front panel. Last but not the least, there are two two-speed fan regulators capable of driving up to a maximum of six fans.

Back

Overview

Next to the usual slot bezels, of which you are going to find seven in this case, there is space for the pre-installed 120 millimeter fan, which has been placed right behind the CPU cooler. Like you can see in the second picture, the DS3 is also ready for liquid cooling systems.
