The most interesting feature of the Kinzu V3 is definitely its body, since it rather is small and with compact dimensions. The shape is pretty classic with quality materials and, like usual, there is a lot of attention to details. The Kinzu V3 mouse is made entirely from soft touch material, smooth with almost velvety finish which makes the mouse very comfortable right from the first grip. The shape and arrangement of buttons make the mouse symmetrical and usable by both left and right-handers. The wheel, which is made from plastic and covered almost entirely with rubber, is thin, light and provides excellent grip as well as tactile feedback. Right behind the wheel, there is one button used to increase/decrease the DPI.

The SteelSeries Kinzu V3 uses an optical sensor, the PixArt ADNS-3050, which is able to reach the 2000 DPI in 200 DPI steps. Under the mouse there are three small black teflon feet arranged in a way to ensure a low friction. The sensor is located in the mid part of the center of gravity of the Kinzu V3. Despite being a gaming mouse you can't adjust the weight, however, the Kinzu V3 is already well balanced and very light. The cable is 2.0 meters long and not sleeved.
