Resized ImageSeagate presents the eleventh generation of its Barracuda series. The 640 GByte model carrys two 320 GByte platters which should deliver a sustained data rate of 115 MByte/s. The hard drive also has a claimed average access time of 8.5 milliseconds and 32 MByte of cache.
