Zotac's custom GTX 1080 graphics cards pictured

GTX 1080 AMP! and GTX 1080 AMP! Extreme

It appears that Zotac will actually have two different custom GTX 1080 graphics cards and both of them have been pictured online, including the GTX 1080 AMP! and the GTX 1080 AMP! Extreme.

Although no precise clocks were mentioned, the Zotac GTX 1080 AMP! will probably have a somewhat lower factory-overclock but it will still be based on a custom PCB with more than one 8-pin PCI-Express power connector. The GTX 1080 AMP! comes with a dual-fan cooler.

The Geforce GTX 1080 AMP! Extreme should be quite similar but since it has a triple-fan cooler, it could come with a higher factory-overclock as well. Both the AMP! and the AMP! Extreme will also come with a custom backplate.

Both graphics card also come with some Zotac-exclusive features like the IceStorm Fans with Carbon ExoArmor, PowerBoost, Freeze and Spectra features.

The Spectra is the novelty as it controls the LED illuminated elements on the shroud via Zotac's own FireStorm software. The Freeze technology turns off the fans when the graphics card is in idle.

Hopefully we will see more details about these two Zotac graphics cards soon and we are quite sure both will be showcased at Computex 2016 show next week.
