MSI makes a low-profile GTX 1050 Ti

With 4GB of GDDR5 memory

MSI has unveiled its new low-profile graphics card based on Nvidia's GP107 Pascal GPU, the MSI GTX 1050 Ti 4GT LP graphics card.

Based on a half-height custom PCB and a dual slot cooler with two 50mm fans and aluminum heatsink, the new MSI GTX 1050 Ti is 18.2cm long and comes with both standard and low-profile I/O brackets.

Since it is based on the GP107 GPU, it packs 768 CUDA cores, draws all power from the PCIe slot and comes with 4GB of GDDR5 memory with a 128-bit memory interface. In order to keep it below 75W TDP, MSI had to stick with Nvidia's reference 1290MHz GPU base, 1392MHz GPU Boost and 7.0GHz memory clocks.

It also comes with standard DVI, HDMI 2.0b and DisplayPort 1.4 outputs.

We are quite sure that this will be the favorite graphics card for those with low-profile HTPC cases but unfortunately, MSI did not reveal any details regarding the price or the availability date.
