Radeon RX 550, 570 and 580 3DMark performance leaked

Appears to be quicker than GTX 1060

Guru3D has taken the time to rearrange 3DMark benchmark results that have been discovered by WCCFTech in the Futuremark’s ORB regarding AMD’s upcoming Radeon RX 550,570 and 580. This means, that thanks to this alleged new information, we now know with which cards the refresh of the Radeon RX 400 series is going to compete.

Looking at the sorted information over at Guru3D, which already puts things into a certain perspective, we can see with which cards the upcoming Radeon RX 500 series is going to compete. Nevertheless we recommend taking this information with a grain of salt, since we all still have to wait for the final reviews, which will be available when the official NDA has passed.

So far it appears that a Radeon RX 580, that has been overclocked to 1500 MHz, is going to be a little bit slower than a Radeon R9 Nano and about 5% quicker than a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060. When the RX 580 is not overclocked it appears to be virtually on par with the GTX 1060. Having a closer look at the Radeon RX 570 shows it’s about as quick as a Radeon RX 480, which indicates that the RX 570 must have a higher clock speed than the RX 480. Overall the RX 570 is about 10% slower than the GeForce GTX 1060. Last but not least there is the Radeon RX 550 and this particular entry level card ranks at the bottom of the chart that was published by Guru3D by quite a margin.

As we already mentioned this information definitely has to be taken with a grain of salt. Nevertheless it can be understood as an indicator as to where the journey goes with those Polaris refresh cards.
