Galax introduces GeForce GTX 1070 Ti White

Black PCB, white cooler and white lighting

Just a few days ago Galax presented their new graphics card in the shape of the GTX 1070 Ti EX. It looks like it's been time for the company to also show a white version of the GTX 1070 Ti, by launching the GTX 1070 Ti White.

This particular card features a semi-custom design, meaning there is a reference PCB, which has been combined with a custom cooler. In the case of the cooler Galax is making use of a dual-fan model, featuring the usual, densely packed fin stack as well as several heatpipes. Apart from that the heatsinks shroud received a white paint job and so does the backplate, which is apparently on the cards flip-side. The fans measure 90mm in diameter and there are a few heatpipes. Suiting the color scheme there is white illumination on board.

Checking the specs Galax decided to ship the GTX 1070 Ti White with the same frequency as NVIDIA’s Founders Edition. In the case of the connectors there are three DisplayPort and one HDMI outlet. Checking Geizhals we don't see the Galax GeForce GTX 1070 Ti White Edition listed yet. Nevertheless there is the KFA2 GeForce GTX 1070 Ti EXOC for 479 Euro, which is the same card but sold in Europe under the KFA2 brand.
