AMD and some of its retail partners have started a new discount campaign on selected AMD Ryzen and AMD Ryzen Threadripper processors. The discount campaign is avalable only on selected partners and on most of the dekstop CPUs.

The campaign regards two high-end Ryzen Threadripper (1950X and 1920X) CPUs, all Ryzen 7 (1700, 1700X, 1800X) models, three Ryzen 5 (1400, 1500X, 1600X) processors and two Ryzen 3 (1200, 1300X) variants. According to AMD site, the discount is available on Amazon, Newegg, Micro Center and Fry's. At the moment is still unclear if this discount is global or only covers selected states.

Each discount depends on the product. For example, the Ryzen Threadripper 1950X is available for $869, that is almost 13% less than its original price. Furthermore, the is a discoung of 6% on Ryzen 7 1800X. Last but not least, it's the first time that we see the Ryzen 3 1200 available for $94.
