The previous set of drivers have been released last week and it had few bugs in them. NVIDIA has released a hotfix (397.55) to address the issues. Since this drivers went through a reduced QA process, if you haven't any issue with GeForce 397.31 driver we suggest to not update them.

According to NVIDIA, this new release will address the following issues. First of all the device manager will not show again error code 43 when a NVIDIA GTX 1060 graphics card is installed. In other words you will not see endless PC reset loop anymore. Furthermore NVIDIA has addressed the issue with Neflix and the program will not stutter anymore.

Last but not least the drivers are now compatible with Microsoft Surface Book notebooks.
