The French chassis manufacturer Streacom has announced a compact mini-ITX enclosure with rather classy design. The DA2 offers a high level of customization and it's compatible with high-end components as well.
The case measures 180 x 286 x 340 millimeters and it's actually rather compact. According to the company, the DA2 is one of the smallest gaming case around and it's compatible with a wide variety of gaming components. This little case is made out aluminum. Streacom is very proud of the DA2's finish and the use of screws instead of rivets throughout the chassis.
Since one of the most interesting aspects of this case regards the graphics card compatiblity, you will be happy to know that you can install a high-end GPU that can measure up to 330mm in length and 150mm in height. Although the size of the chassis, the DA2 is compatible with small ATX power supplies however with so small room available we suggest to check out some SFX-L solution as well.
Cooling wise, you can install a single 280mm radiator or a low-profile CPU cooler. If you want build a little elegant NAS for your living room, inside the DA2 you can install up to six 3.5" hard drives and eight 2.5" storage devices by adding an extra drive bracket and with some small compromise.
Looking for the I/O connectors we find only one USB 3.1 Type-C port placed on the front panel. The DA2 should be available in August and the company says the compact case will cost around $230 without any fans.
