New web based FPS: Shambles

From the creator of Minecraft

Marcus "Notch" Person, is quite a famous guy, since Minecraft is his brainchild and which gamer doesn't know mincraft? Now, the Swede is working on a new, web based First Person Shooter and you can be quite curious, what this guy is going to come up with.

In the beginning Shambles was a 7DFPS game, where creators receive the task to come up with a first person shooter within only seven days time. The goal in Shambles is to gather as many yellow orbs as possible and you will get them from dead zombies. Well, if that was it and you had unlimited ammo, that would be piece of cake boring. But since you don't have limitless ammo and you're not invincible things start to get a bit trickier. If you have to get mor ammo then you can only get it from dead cops, which means you don't only have to kill zombies, you also have to kill cops to raid them afterwards. And apparently cops don't just wait for their death after you've shot them a few times. They're quite capable of defending themselves. Apart from that you to, for obvious reasons, take care of the health status. In order to do so you need to find dead civilians with health packages.

This all sounds like quite a lot of odd, nordic fun spiced up with a decent amount of slight madness. If you want to find out more about this game, head over to: www.eurogamer.net
