G.Skill reveals new AEGIS memory kits

DDR3-1333/1600 and up to 16GB

G.Skill has rather silently introduced its newest AEGIS memory series that will be available in DDR3-1600 and DDR3-1333 flavors with capacities of up to 16GB (8GBx2).
Paired up with a new AEGIS heatspreader with either the gold or silver logo and black PCB, the AEGIS series will be available in both standard and low-profile versions, 8 and 16GB kits or as a 4GB module and will work at either 1333MHz at 1.35V and CL9-9-9-24 latencies or 1600MHz at 1.5V and CL11-11-11-28 latencies, depending on the SKU.

As it was the case with all previous G.Skill memory kits, the AEGIS series will also be backed by a lifetime warranty. Unfortunately, we still do not have any information regarding the price or the availability date of the new AEGIS series.
