80 Million till end of 2013

It's hardly any news at all that Samsung's Galaxy smartphones sell like nothing else. But still the pace at which the electronic giant is selling their latest breed is quite breathtaking. It's almost boring meanwhile to talk about record sales, but still surpassing the 20 millionen mark is definitely an achievement.


At least in the USA

Samsung has confirmed that its entire Galaxy Tab 3 lineup will be available in the USA as of 3rd of July. In case you missed them earlier, Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 lineup consists of the Galaxy Tab 3 10.1, Galaxy Tab 3 8-inch and Galaxy Tab 3 7-inch that will appear in most if not all big US-based retail/e-tail shops.


All-in-one with AMD Kabini A6 quad-core

At the Samsung Premiere 2013 event held in London, Samsung has unveiled a couple of new devices including the Ativ One 5 Style 21.5-inch All-in-one that feature AMD's quad-core A6-5200 Kabini SoC.


10.1-incher with Intel Atom

Still not enough Exynos 5 chips

According to latest reports, Samsung's upcoming Galaxy Note III might be powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 800 chipset rather than Samsung's own octa-core Exynos 5 chipset.


According to latest set of rumors, it appears that the Samsung Galaxy Note III will actually feature a 13-megapixel camera equipped with optical image stabilization (OIS), a feature that has been reserved for Nokia Lumia, Nokia Pureview and recently HTC One smartphone.

A teardown of the Qualcomm Snapdragon 600 powered Galaxy S4 done by IHS shows that cost of materials and manufacturing for latest Samsung flagship ends up at slightly over US $237, despite its plastic body.


High-end tablet with Exynos 5 Octa

According to a report from SamMobile, Samsung might be working on a new Nexus high-end tablet equipped with its Exynos 5 Octa chipset.

Might be announced this week

Just a few weeks after it has announced its hot flagship Galaxy S4, rumors are saying that Samsung is getting ready to also announce the new Galaxy S4 Mini.
