ASUS has announced that its RT-AC68U Wireless-AC1900 dual-band router is now available for pre-order in the USA. In case you missed it earlier, the RT-AC68U can deliver up to 1.3Gbps over 802.11ac and 600Mbps over 820.11n thanks to Broadcom's TurboQAM technology, making it the world's fastest dual-band wireless router.


Same design as the GTX 670 DirectCU Mini

Asus has announced the new Geforce GTX 760 DirectCU Mini, model GTX760-DCMOC-2GD5, that will feature the same design seen on the GTX 670 DirectCU Mini launched earlier this year in April.


For both consoles and PC

Asus has announced the latest addition to its Republic of Gamers (ROG) lineup, a gaming headset and audio-console package designed for both consoles and computers. Featuring 100mm noise-isolation cups as well as 50mm drivers, the Orion promises crystal-clear sound and punchy bass as well as impressive microphone sound thanks to built-in headphone amplifier and noise-cancellation.


The true Transformers

During Intel Developer Conference 2013, Asus decided to announce a couple of new products including the Transformer Book T100 and the Transformer Book Trio, both unveiled by Asus' Chairman Jonney Shih and Tom Kilroy, Intel's Vice President. The Transformer Book T100 10.1-inch ultraportable is the perfect transformation of the Eee PC that will allow users to pick between tablet and notebook model almost instantly while the Transformer Book Trio 11.6-incher will add the desktop PC mode to it.


Takes on the NUC

Asus has announced the new VivoPC, a mini PC packed in a 19x19x5.2cm chassis that will be available in two versions, the VivoPC VM40B and the VivoPC VC60.


Black is beautiful - once more

During this years fall IDF, which is taking place in San Francisco these days, Intel decided to invite a few partners over, to let them present some of their upcoming products. One of these partners is ASUS and they've been showing the long awaited Rampage IV Black Edition.


Tegra 4 SoC and IGZO-TFT 10.1-inch 2560x1600 screen

Asus has stormed the IFA 2013 show with a bunch of products mostly from the mobile market segment including new FonePad and MeMO Pad tablets/phablets, Android-powered notebooks and much more, as well as the new Transformer Pad TF701T based on Nvidia's Tegra 4 SoC and an impressive 10.1-inch IGZO-TFT IPS screen.


Two new MeMO Pad tablets

In addition to a new Transformer Pad, couple of FonePads as well as a Android-powered notebook and bunch of other products, during IFA 2013 Asus also announce two new members of the MeMO Pad family, the MeMO Pad 10 and the MeMO Pad 8.


Stylus and Intel insides

Asus has been quite busy during IFA 2013, announcing a bunch of new products including the new FonePad Note 6. While previously detailed FonePad 7 is more aimed at entry-level tablet market, the Asus FonePad Note 6 is a different kind of beast with its 1920x1080 6-inch screen.


7-inch tablet with phone capabilities

Although it was already rumored and detailed earlier, Asus has decided, now that IFA 2013 is underway, to officially announce its new FonePad 7, a 7-inch tablet that has phone capabilities.


10.1-incher with AMD A4-1200 APU

Asus has announced the new X102BA, a compact and ultraportable notebook equipped with a 10.1-inch 1366x768 screen with 10-point multi-touch screen as well as AMD's A-series A4-1200 dual-core APU.


13.3-inch ultrabook with WUXGA 2560x1440 screen

To show a glimpse of its upcoming lineup for IFA 2013, Asus has released a rather incredible teaser that shows the new Zenbook UX301 Ultrabook that will feature an incredible 13.3-inch 2560x1440 screen.


Improved design for Ivy Bridge-E

As you already know, Intel's official launch of Ivy Bridge-E CPUs is just around the corner and it is not a surprise that we are starting to see some of the first "improved" motherboards precisely aimed to be used with the upcoming LGA 2011 CPUs, including the all new Asus X79 Deluxe.


With support for Thunderbolt 2 technology

Asus has announced a new addition to its line of motherboards based on Intel's Z87 Express chipset, the Z87-Deluxe/Quad. The new motherboard is also the world's first motherboard certified by Intel with Thunderbolt 2 technology and with two Thunderbolt 2 ports it can support up to 12 simultaneously connected devices.


10.1-incher with AMD A4 Temash APU

Sweclockers managed to get some details regarding Asus' upcoming AMD Temash APU based 10.1-inch ultra-portable notebook, the Asus VivoBook X102BA. Featuring a 10.1-inch 1366x768 screen, the new Asus VivoBook X102BA should be Asus' attempt to bring Windows 8 to the masses, by providing a cheap, ultra-portable notebook.


With 2560x1080 resolution

Asus has announced yet another 29-inch 21:9 ultra-wide monitor with 2560x1080 resolution, the Asus PB298Q. Featuring an AH-IPS (Advanced High Performance In-Plane Switching) panel and quite decent all black business look. It also features an ergonomic stand as well as a narrow bezel design that gives an illusion of a frame-less display and offers more room on the screen thanks to its ultra-wide 21:9 aspect ration that translates to two 5:4, 17-inch monitors placed side by side.


US $150 7-inch tablet

Asus has released a new 7-inch budget-friendly tablet, the Asus MeMO Pad HD 7. Built around a 7-inch 1280x800 IPS screen and powered by Mediatek's MT8125 quad-core CPU, the new Asus MeMO Pad HD 7 will definitely make an impact on the market.


Brings support for Ivy Bridge-E CPUs

Asus has started to roll out BIOS updates for its motherboard based on the X79 Express Chipset that will bring support for the upcoming Ivy Bridge-E HEDT processors.


Hybrid-cooled Geforce GTX 770

During Computex 2013 in June, Asus unveiled a rather unique Republic of Gamers graphics card that will feature the new hybrid DirectCU H2O cooler, the Asus Geforce GTX 770 ROG Poseidon. According to Sweclockers.com, the new graphics card will launch in September and might not end up to be the only graphics card that will feature the new DirectCU H2O cooler.


Based on A88X and A55 chipsets

Asus has announced the new A88XM-A and A55BM-A/USB3 motherboards that are the world's first AMD socket FM2+ motherboards made for upcoming AMD Kaveri A-series APUs. Based on the AMD A88X and the A55 chipsets, both motherboards are based on a micro-ATX form factor and are backward-compatible with the existing AMD Richland and Trinity FM2 APUs.
