Closer Look

At a first glance, the Cyclops-X shows that this is a harmoniusly designed and ergonomically shaped gaming mouse. This mouse has been built to fulfill the needs of right-handed gamers, with the shape allowing for palm grip. In addition to that, the EpicGear Cyclops-X features a very grippy surface with a black matte finish. The materials used are of good quality, and even the soft touch is well made and very comfortable. The back of the Cyclops-X features the EpicGear logo with red backlight. The Cyclops-X gaming mouse features a total of seven buttons which are fully programmable via the software. The top of the mouse features one button to change the sensor resolution. Apart from that there is a solid rubber wheel with backlight. All the buttons are well placed and even the top ones are easy to reach and not prone to accidental clicks. The weight of the entire mouse is at about 110g and the Cyclops-X is well balanced.

EpicGear decided to equip the Cyclops-X with an optical PixArt ADNS-3310 sensor. The maximum resolution is 5000 DPI, which is more than enough for any kind of gamer. The optical sensor is placed in the center and if you are looking for additonal weight, you will be disappointed, since this gaming mouse does not have that type of customization. Netto weight of this mouse is 110g, which isn't actually very light. EpicGear decided to provide the Cyclops-X with big glide pads made of teflon, which means they will last very long.
