Conclusion

The In Win 805 is a mid-tower designed for those who wish to have a stylish case built from premium materials. Despite initial concerns about the airflow we found, that thanks to the enormous vent area in the lower part of the case, this aspect is no problem at all problem. We would have liked to find at least one slot at the top of the case to place a radiators to not waste all the available space. However, we understand In Win's choice maintaining a clean design with no additional holes or mesh.

The black brushed aluminum paired with an almost "skeleton" tray and tempered glass panels ensures incredible looks. We're aware that the design is always a subjective point and someone might not like the fact, that this case is rather dark. The biggest downside in our opinion is the fact, that cables are always visible. We would have liked to find a compartment where cables could really be hidden. Using the 805 from In Win you'll definitely have to choose a power supply with sleeved cables, since otherwise the looks are greatly compromised. Apart from that there is a great looking red backlight incorporated into the front.

On the inside the 805 offers plenty of space and options for ATX builds. You can install up to four hard drives or SSDs. Apart from that power supplies can measure more than 160mm, which provides great flexibility in terms of choosing a suitable model.

Despite the fact that the In Win 805 is a premium case made of high quality materials such as aluminum and tempered glass, the price is still quite reasonable. Apart from the great looking design there is good airflow as well as an interesting number of features. In addition to that the In Win 805 is one of the first cases with a USB 3.1 Type-C connection on the front, despite the fact that this port is not yet widely used, we're pretty sure that this is going to change withing the next year or two. The In Win 805 USB 3.1 Type-C is available on Geizhals at a price of about 160 Euros and receives 4 stars out of 5.
