Conclusion

Build quality

With almost 1 kg of weight, Corsair has developed a very solid and sturdy product. This weight, combined with the rubber feet make sure, the K65 doesn't move about on your desk. Overall, the materials used are of excellent quality as usual with Corsair.

Design

The design is simple, without frills or bright colors and simplicity is this products strength. The top aluminum with a brushed finish is not just a design element but also makes the product very solid. The Vengeance K65 gaming keyboard has a compact size and is ideal for all those gamers that participate at LAN events or that do not have much space on their desk.

Perfomance

From the point of view of the ergonomics, the keyboard is very comfortable to use, but a wrist rest would be appreciated. The K65 is equipped with Cherry MX Red mechanical switches, which react in a precise and linear way. Throughout our test session, the keyboard has never shown any issues. The Cherry MX keys are well known for their ability to withstand 50 million keystrokes without breaking a sweat.

Price

The Corsair Vengeance K65 has a price of 89.99 US-Dollar and at this moment it is available in all countries. Despite being a gaming keyboard it does's not have a backlight but the quality of materials is on a high level and the product is very comfortable, it's even comfortable to write long texts (like this review). Since competitors offer compact keyboards, that feature Cherry MX Red switches with backlight in the same price range, we would have liked to see Corsair doing the same.

Corsair Vengeance K65 receives 3.5 of five stars.
