Conclusion

With the EVGA SuperNOVA G2 1000W, EVGA offers a high quality PSU, which is very cost effective with its price of 200 US-Dollar. The connectivity options are amazing for a 1000W PSU and the efficiency surpasses the 80 plus Gold standard with a huge margin. Furthermore this PSU is very well built and the DC output quality is very good.
The EVGA SuperNOVA G2 1000W uses slightly cheaper components than other high end PSUs with simmilar output power rating. The biggest downside is on our opinion is, that the promised "100% japanese capacitors" statement is not completely true, since there are also some Capxon capacitors, which are definitely not from Japan.
When you consider the attractive price of this unit, the component choice is resonable and we do not rate this as a negative point.

After all this is an excellent PSU!
