Apple 12.9-inch iPad could enter production next year

In the first quarter

According to latest report, Apple's largest-ever iPad, based on a 12.9-inch screen, will enter production in the first quarter of 2015.

The latest report from Bloomberg suggest that Apple's new 12.9-inch will enter production early next year but also that this does not mean that Apple will not unveil new iPad models this autumn or holiday season. Apple is currently making 9.7-inch and 7.9-inch iPad models and pushing iPad to a larger 12.9-inch screen might be a good move by the company.

Citing unnamed sources close to the company, the same report also suggest that Apple will unveil two iPhone models, 4.7-inch and 5.5-inch, during its event scheduled for 9th of September and that Apple will also introduce updated version of the iPad and the iPad Mini which should be ready for holiday season.

In any case, it will definitely be an interesting season and Apple's push to larger tablets certainly sounds interesting.
