Assassin's Creed Unity delayed to November 11

Two weeks delay

Ubisoft has announced that it has delayed the launch of its latest Assassin's Creed Unity game until November 11th. While being just a two week delay, it appears that Ubisoft needs a bit more time before the game is ready.

The news comes from Ubisoft's blog where Senior producer Vincent Pontbriand said that "This being a fully next-gen game, it requires a lot of work, a lot of production, and a lot of learning. It's always hard to be precise and to quantify exactly how much work is involved. So as we get close to the finish we often realise we're near the target but we're not quite there yet."

Ubisoft's Assassin's creed Unity will launch alongside the Assassin's Creed: Rogue game which will come to previous generation consoles while Assassin's Creed Unity will launch on current-gen consoles as well as the PC.

There have been plenty of delays this year, and it appears Ubisoft and its Assassin's Creed Unity game will be a part of that delay list.
