Gainward's GTX 980/970 lineup revealed

Two reference and one Phantom graphics card

The launch of the new high-end cards based on Nvidia's new GM204 Maxwell GPU is very close and the graphics card manufacturers are ready to release their own models to the market. Today we have a couple of news pictures which shows Gainward's upcoming Geforce GTX 980 and GTX 970 graphics cards, including two reference models and the custom GTX 970 Phantom.

All based on Nvidia's GM204 chip, the two reference GTX 980 and 970 models will use a standard reference PCB. The Phantom, famous for the all black heat sink with hidden fans, will also come with higher factory-overclock clocks and will probably be one of the higher overclocked GTX 970 graphics cards on the market.

The GTX 970 Phantom will have 1132 MHz GPU base clock with a GPU Boost of 1304 MHz while memory will remain at reference 7.0 GHz. At the moment there are no details about the price of any model or the availability.
