Philips launches 27" 16:9 FullHD monitor

The 275C5QHAW

Today, when biggest things on the display market are UHD/4K and greater resolutions, Philips has added a new monitor that features a 27-inch FullHD 16:9 panel with thin edges, the 275C5QHAW.

The Philips 275C5QHAW is not a technological showcase, but it will be able to meet the needs of some users to get a screen with thin edges in order to get a better two or three screen configuration.

Equipped with an AH-IPS 16:9 27-inch panel with W-LED backlight, the new Philips 275C5QHAW has 1920x1080 resolution at 60 Hz. The rest of the specifications inlcude brightness of 250cd/m², contrast rate of 1000:1, gray to gray response time of 5ms and viewing angles of 178°/178°. It also comes with three HDMI (including an MHL) ports and a VGA input and it also comes with two 7W speakers with SRS WOW HD for a 7.1 virtual sound.

The Philips 275C5QHAW should be available as of this month with a price set at €349.
