Cyberpunk 2077 development still on track

Studio focused on The Witcher: Wild Hunt

While we are certainly anxious to hear more about Cyberpunk 2077 RPG game, CD Projekt Red only announced that the game is still in development and that they are now solely focused on The Witcher: Wild Hunt game.

CD Projekt Red has been pretty quiet about Cyberpunk 2077 RPG game, which has been announced back in 2012, and since we did not see any gameplay trailers or screenshots, a recent interview at Gamespot with Michal Platkow-Gilewski, CD Projekt Red Head of Marketing and PR, did not reveal any more details but did note that the game is doing well and is still in developement.

According to Michal, CD Projekt Red is now focused on The Witcher: Wild Hunt game and the entire studio is working hard to give gamers "an RPG to remember". He also joked that "The first rule of Cyberpunk 2077 is that we don’t talk about Cyberpunk 2077,” but added that the game is doing OK and that its time will come.

Hopefully, we will hear a bit more once The Witcher: Wild Hunt officialy gets released. In case you missed it earlier, The Witcher: Wild Hunt was originally scheduled for late 2014, pushed to February 2015 and later delayed to May 19th, 2015.
