Nvidia's GTX 960 4GB could come in March

AIB partners to get a green light

While we have only recently seen the official launch of the new GM206 Maxwell based Geforce GTX 960 graphics card from Nvidia, recent rumors suggest that 4GB versions of the GTX 960 should be available in March.

Computerbase.de spotted a rather neat tease coming from Inno3D, which suggest that 4GB GTX 960 graphics card should be available in March. It is still debatable if the GTX 960 with its 128-bit memory interface could benefit from additional 2GB of VRAM, but in any case, these versions of the GTX 960 will apparently be ready in March.

The 4GB versions of the GTX 960 will have a slight problem as the price should be under US $250, as in other case, it will get too close to the price of the GTX 970, which can be found for close to US $300, and is a whole different beast.
