Lian Li unveils PC-V33 cube ATX case

A compact cube case

Lian Li has unveiled its newest PC-V33 PC case, a compact cube ATX PC case made from aluminum.

To be available in three versions, with brushed aluminum in silver or black and as a full black version with a tempered glass side door, the Lian Li PC-V33 is a cube PC case that supports ATX form-factor motherboards. The precise dimensions of the PC-V33 are set at 334x352x390 and it weighs a rather modest 4.1kg, mostly thanks to its full aluminum design.

The new Lian Li PC-V33 uses a unique two compartment design that can be accessed via a hinge on the front of the case, which allows an easy access to the internal components. The top section of the PC-V33 holds the motherboard and the graphics card while the top section is reserved for the PSU and HDD bays. The PC-V33 has no external 5.25-inch or 3.5-inch drive bays and supports up to three 3.5-inch or 2.5-inch HDDs/SSDs.

As far as the compatibility is concerned, the Lian Li PC-V33 supports up to 330mm long graphics cards, up to 190mm tall CPU coolers and 300mm long PSUs.

When it comes to cooling, it is important to note that the PC-V33 actually supports 240mm radiator at the front and two 120mm radiators at the back. The case is bundled with two 120mm fans at the rear and can be equipped with additional two 120mm at the front.

The new Lian Li PC-V33 should be available in early September with a price set at US $199 for the standard and US $229 for the windowed version.
