Based on 15nm TLC NAND flash

OCZ Storage Solutions, a Toshiba Group Company, has now unveiled its latest solid state drive, the OCZ Trion 150 SSD series based on Toshiba made controller and 15nm TLC NAND.

As noted, the new OCZ Trion 150 SSD series is based on Toshiba's in-house made controller paired up with next-generation 15nm TLC NAND. The Trion 150 SSD series will be available in 120, 240, 480 and 960GB capacities and offer sequential read and write performance of up to 550MB/s and 530MB/s. The Trion 150 SSD series is backed by OCZ's ShieldPlus three-year warranty.
