Presenting Project "Alva" by Watercooled entry

European Modding Competition

As you already know, we have started a neat modding competition in cooperation with Fractal Design and EK Water Blocks as well as five of the best modders from all over Europe and today we want to show you some details about Project "Alva" by Marian Gubis, from Watercooled.ch.

Since all modders will be using Fractal Design's Define S case, it will definitely be interesting to see how different will these mods actually be. There are currently three projects started at our forums for the modding competition and Project "Alva", which was made in honor of Mr. Edison, is quite an interesting one.

According to the post, Marian will be using ASUS' X99-A motherboard, EVGA's GTX 980 SC ACX with EK-FC970 GTX ACX - Nickel block, liquid cooled Intel 750 series 1.2TB NVMe PCIe SSD, which is definitely nice to see inside the case as well as some rather cool looing Klevv memory modules which should fit nicely with the rest of the hardware.

He also used a couple of other products from EK Water Blocks, including the EK-XTOP Revo D5 PWM - Plexi as well as blue pastel coolant which looks quite impressive when the system is running.

You can check out more pictures in our forums and we are certainly looking forward to see the other entries.
