Playstation Now coming to PC

PS4 wireless PC adapter coming soon

Sony has now officially announced that the Playstation Now service will be coming to the PC.

In case you missed it, Playstation Now is Sony's online game streaming service which allows users, for a monthly fee of course, to stream Playstation games to different devices and while it was previously available only for Playstation 4, Playstation 3, Playstation Vita and other Sony devices, it will now be coming to the PC as well.

In addition to the Playstation Now app that is now available for download on the PC and should be already running in some parts of Europe, as well as coming to North America soon, Sony has also announced that it will be releasing an official PS4 wireless controller adapter for the PC, which will allow users to use those nice Playstation 4 controllers on the PC. The adapter will be priced at US $25 and be coming sometime in September.

According to Sony's site, recommended system requirements for the Playstation Now on the PC, despite the fact that all rendering is done on cloud, are set at Intel Core i3 or AMD A10 or faster CPU/APU, GeForce GT 730 of Radeon R7 GPU, 2GB of RAM, and Windows 7.1, Windows 8.1 or Windows 10 OS. Of course, you will need a decent internet connection as well, or at least 5Mbps.

This will allow PC users to try out some games like Uncharted, God of War and others on the PC.

The Playstation Now is currently available in the UK, Belgium and the Netherlands, but it should be coming to the rest of European countries soon.

Il costo mensile è fissato a 16.99€.[/it]
