Battlefield 1 finally gets PC system requirements

Surprisingly high requirements

Shortly after the official open beta phase has ended, EA/DICE apparently got enough feedback to reveal the official PC system requirements for Battlefield 1.

According to the announced details, you'll need at least an Intel Core i5-6600K or AMD FX-6350, 8GB of RAM and either an AMD Radeon HD 7850 2GB or Nvidia Geforce GTX 660 2GB graphics card. The minimum requirements also list Windows 7, Windows 8.1 and Windows 10 OS, all in 64-bit version, and 40GB of HDD space.

If these sound a bit too high, then recommended will bring even more surprise as EA/DICE says you'll need 64-bit Windows 10 OS, AMD FX-8350 or Core i7-4790, 16GB of RAM and either AMD Radeon RX 480 4GB or Nvidia Geforce GTX 1060 3GB graphics card. The recommended list also include 50GB of HDD storage.

Hopefully, these minimum requirements will at least get you a decent level of quality on 1080p resolution but we are still not sure. Hopefully, we will have a chance to include Battlefield 1 in our hardware testing list so we will get a clear picture.

As you probably know, Battlefield 1 is officially coming on October 21st for PC, PS4, Xbox One.
